My name is Thomas Prinz, and I'm passionate about combining over 30 years of international experience in emergency and crisis management with innovative training methods from Crew Resource Management (CRM). As a specialist in psychological safety, teamwork, and leadership under difficult conditions, I help zoos, animal parks, animal welfare organizations, and animal shelters worldwide take their safety culture to a new level.
